O glorious St. Agnes, you served God in humility and confidence on earth and are now in the enjoyment of His Beatific Vision in heaven because you persevered till death and gained the crown of eternal life. Remember now the dangers that surround me in the vale of tears, and intercede for me in my needs and troubles. Amen. St. Agnes' Feast Day is January 21st

Novena: Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Tuesdays at 7pm with communion service.

How was your week? I hope things are going well with all of you. Once again we are so blessed for the very nice weather we are having in New Orleans. I overheard that the first weekend of the Jazz Festival was amazing! Compared to other places in the center of America, Lincoln Nebraska, Oklahoma that were hit with the worst tornadoes, category 5. It cleaned out almost an entire town. Imagine a very heavy truck turned upside down on the highway, so you know how strong the winds were. Well they say somewhere in America we have to suffer with the weather, the West Coast, East Coast, and now Central America. We cannot avoid it, we all have to suffer with the disastrous weather sometimes from Mother Nature. Please pray for a safe hurricane season. At the same time we also need to pray for the victims of these natural disasters…
